This escalated until I talked with 2 managers that were both extremely rude. My dad waited patiently for over 30 minutes. They were short staffed and forgot to even cook my father's chicken, instead the employee got angry with him.
What happened to me today is unacceptable and I will never step foot in this casino again.
This is a difficult review to write, I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.
